As a Junior Business Developer, you see opportunities before others do. You are curious about markets, sharp on what’s happening in the ecosystem, and you enjoy starting conversations that lead to somewhere. You research fast-growing companies, uncover what potential tenants really need and turn those insights into outreach, meetings, and momentum.

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to share pitches, proposals and presentations and you will learn how negotiations and deal structures come together in practice. You will represent Kadans at events, collaborate with marketing, finance, design, and project teams, and keep our CRM accurate and action ready.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a commercially minded Junior Business Development Manager who takes initiative, learns quickly, and gets energy from building relationships built on trust and transparency.

What will you be doing?

As a Junior Business Developer, you are the radar that spots & qualifies new opportunities. You will:

  • Delve into market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Find new leads through outreach, events, and direct conversations.
  • Support the creation of compelling presentations, pitches, and commercial proposals.
  • Assist in negotiations and learn the ins and outs of deal structures.
  • Liaise with marketing, finance, design, and project teams for strong commercial input.
  • Represent Kadans at events and trade fairs.
  • Keep our CRM up to date and ensure that opportunities are properly followed up.

What should you bring?

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a relevant field (life sciences is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. You are comfortable speaking to new people, making cold outreach and presenting ideas clearly.
  • You have commercial drive, like working with data, asking the right questions and think directly in terms of solutions.
  • You enjoy making contact, actively seek conversation and move easily in new environments.
  • 0-2 years of work experience (internships count).
  • Experience with Office and CRM tools (not a must).
  • Willingness to travel to clients and events.

You will be part of the commercial team and in daily contact with business development colleagues, asset managers, marketing, and project teams. The culture is informal and international: everyone is easy to reach, and colleagues are happy to help each other.

What we offer

  • A gross monthly salary between €2,900 and €3,200 on a full-time basis (40 hours), 28 days of holiday (including 3 extra days if taken in summer or at Christmas), and a pension scheme paid for in full by Kadans.
