For our location in the Rotterdam Science Tower, we are looking for an enthusiastic and enterprising Community Host. You will mainly work in Rotterdam, but can also be found one or two days a week at our location At the Park in Rijswijk.

What will you do?

You are not just another host. You are the linchpin in our DNA of hospitality and entrepreneurship. Specifically: As a Community Host, you are the connecting link within our ecosystem. You combine hospitality with entrepreneurship and ensure that tenants feel heard, helped and inspired. 

• You will build relationships with our tenants, mainly those in our business centre called Disruptor x RST. You will soon know everyone!
• You will think, organise and support events - from drinks parties to larger formal events. In this, you will be the sidekick of the building's community manager, but you will be able to do a lot independently.
• You liaise with our caterer (whom you give a push when the bitterballs are running low).
• You plan viewings: showing potential tenants around the tower
• You are the point of contact for companies - from questions to suggestions, you know the advice (or where to find it).
• You actively approach new parties that fit perfectly into our ecosystem.Bonus: you draft lease proposals and rental agreements like it's nothing, plus a bit of lease administration (but no problem if this is Chinese for you - we'll be happy to teach you some signs).

Who are you

• You are full of energy and have a natural sense of hospitality.
• You love people and making progress
• You are bursting with commercial ideas and are not afraid to put them into practice.
• You are a social connector, but you can also find your way around independently.
• You are available for at least 28 hours a week.
