About the Job

To realise our growth, ambition and further professionalisation, we are strengthening our organisation with a Marketing & Events Manager. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you will work with our UK team based in London. The role will include but not be limited to the following tasks: 

Marketing & PR 

  • Liaise with the team to ensure all marketing materials are up to date and targeting the right audience.
  • Coordinate and implement the marketing plan in the UK & Ireland.
  • Prepare and coordinate engaging content for our website and social media, preparing presentations, newsletters, press releases and advertisements.
  • Work closely with external PR agencies to ensure that the messaging is consistent.
  • Work with the central Marketing & Comms team to maintain our brand guidelines across platforms.
  • Manage and take ownership of marketing budgets to ensure optimal results. 


  • Manage event planning, delivery, and follow-up of sector specific events both as part of a wider team, and at times more autonomously.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, keeping them informed on planning and implementation of events and other initiatives.
  • Coordinate all materials for the events to maximise the commercial impact.
  • Manage a calendar of external events and sponsorship opportunities for the UK, working closely with the central Events team on European wide initiatives.


  • Provide advice & guidance on marketing strategies by the local team. 
  • Liaise with the corporate Marketing & Communications and Events teams in the Netherlands to support international campaigns and ensure consistency in product and brand representation.

Key skills and qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in events management, marketing, or communications.
  • Prior experience in the production of various content forms.
  • Prior experience with Adobe programs such as Photoshop and InDesign to work with our brand templates.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaigns; 
  • An interest in knowledge intensive businesses and/or real estate is preferred.
  • Able to initiate, be self-motivated and manage your own time.
